We pride ourselves on producing cakes that taste as good as they look. We only ever use the best quality ingredients for our recipes and it really does make the difference.
Some of our most popular flavours are listed below but we are not limited to these. We are continually trying new recipes and flavours and if you have a specific flavour you want let us know and we would be happy to make it for you.
Victoria Sponge
A soft moist sponge cake made with free range eggs, real butter, good quality sugar and flour, and pure Madagascan Vanilla Extract (not essence!) for a lovely rich vanilla taste. The layers are sandwiched together with seedless raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
Chocolate Sponge
A similar recipe to the Victoria sponge but a chocolate version sandwiched together with chocolate buttercream. Ideal for the kids!
Rich Dark Chocolate Cake
A real favourite and one for the adults! A rich chocolate cake made with real chocolate. The layers are sandwiched together with a chocolate ganache and buttercream mix giving a filling that complements the chocolate sponge perfectly. Definitely one for the chocolate lovers!
Rich Fruit Cake
A moist rich fruit cake made with good quality dried fruits and includes a good measure of top quality brandy.
Cupcakes
Cupcakes are a popular choice for parties and flavours and designs can be tailored to your party theme.
